I can set reminders through the day and Kegel away in the office with no one the wiser. The discreet screen app hides my intentions from observers, too. Plus, Ive noticed a difference - if you keep at it consistently, you will achieve results. Great app, never a problem with it. Also, I explored some of the other apps offered through this company and really like the 5 minute Glutes app.
