I use this app everyday and I am quite satisfied. But, when I check my results it says I only completed 1 session when I did 2 sessions. I also would like to look back at my progress. Other then that the reminders has helped me a lot. Thanks!
Is app is a great reminder to do kegels daily. Its also helpful to change up the intensity of the exercises, gradually going for longer and longer periods of time. A few suggestions: 1) adjust the landscape mode 2) create a graph of completed exercises, so we can see a visual of what weve done so far. This could even be a pro feature, as I feel like it would be worthwhile. Overall, great app.
I love the daily reminders! It would be greatly appreciated if you add how many minutes I worked out each day. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Love this app. Always something I say Ill do and never do. Reminders make it happen!
Love this app. It does what its supposed to do. I find it helpful that I can set reminders so that I can do my kegels through out the day. The new update is nice. I like having the calendar, I however miss when it used to show me how many sessions I did on a particular day. I wish they would add that back. Thats my only complaint.
Couple things, Would be great if each session had its specific contraction time and number listed on screen before and after the session took place. It’s kinda odd having the reminders set in 12 hour time but then are shown in military time. Making it uniform would be better. Also, when doing a custom workout, it skips the current lesson that is up next. I don’t think it should automatically skip if you wanted to get a custom workout in. Just my opinion. Kind of annoying changing the lesson number each time so I stay in order. Other than that its really great!

Some bad moments

Loved this app until they did upgrade. I gauged my progress by how many sessions I did daily. Now you have to get out paper and pencil and do math in order to figure out how many sessions you did per day. Not good. I emailed them and they said they would put daily sessions completed per day back into app, but not until another major upgrade. So, maybe in 6 mos. to a year?? Boo!!! Look for another Kegel app!!!!
Sounds like the app developers listened to the reviews. The colors can be changed if that matters to you. The app has a discrete mode an the button doesnt appear to be anything. I like that I can set timers to remind me throughout the day. I like the various levels and the different workouts. I like that this all takes just a couple of minutes to completely throughout the day. I would always forget to do my kegels. No incontinence issues but I had a baby two years ago and want to prevent any future issues. Also my husband loves what I can do with my pelvis floor muscles and it is certainly helping me strengthen them to pre baby strength. Has helped things in the bedroom immensely. I recommend this App for its discreteness and ease of us.
This app is so simple, I can use it any time and anywhere, and it encourages me to actually DO the exercises! Thanks, Olson!
Definitely something every woman should do its easy and great!
I really like this app, but I do have a few suggestions for improvements. 1. Itd be nice to know exactly how many kegels you did in the result page 2. Having the Kegel timer in minutes and seconds. Itd be easier to calculate how much time you have left. Anyways those are just suggestions. Great App!
Not crazy about this app. There are intervals (that Im guessing are for contracting and resting) but there arent directions regarding which to do when. There also arent instructions about how often to do each level and each session within each level. I was looking for guidance and a routine, and I did not find it with this app.
