Good app, but needs improvements.

I purchased this app for the custom settings which allow me to setup the program my doctor assigned. However the calculations on the results page are wrong. It seems that the completions done after 7pm show up the next day. Also, it would be nice if I could set a reminder for every hour instead of only offering 5 reminders.
